Our bench jewelers can get so immersed in their repairs and custom work that our clients bring us. Sometimes, this creates challenges for our staff to take the time to meet with walk-ins.
Appointments ensure that our bench jewelers can carve out the time in their schedules to properly meet with you, discuss your pieces, and price out labor and materials required for your project.
Custom jewelry/engagement jewelry requires an appointment. There is a slim chance that your custom jewelry needs will be met with a walk-in.
